Students with Declared Majors

If you are a Summer Session, Winter Term or Open University CSUN student with a declared major seeking information about general education requirements, major advisement and academic policies, contact the department of your major. If you are unsure how to contact the department of your major, please contact us for further assistance. 

If you are a are a Summer Session, Winter Term or Open University CSUN EOP or Equity Student with a declared major, contact the Equity Center in the College of your major. If you are unsure how to contact the College of your major, please contact us for further assistance.

Students with Undecided Majors

If you are a Summer Session, Winter Term or Open University and have not declared a major, please visit the Advising Resource Center/EOP (Educational Opportunity Program), where someone will be able to assist you.

Teaching Credentials Candidates

If you are a teaching credentials candidate seeking advisement, please contact the Credential Office for an appointment.

Students in the Tseng College's Educational Leadership and Policy Studies program can receive advisement here.

International Students

If you are an international student, please contact the International Admissions and Evaluations office.  

Students in the Tseng College's International Programs and Partnerships (IPP) programs should contact the IPP office. IPP students have access to IPP student advisers, to become familiar with campus life, meet and get to know American students, and learn about the language and culture of the United States. IPP student advisers speak Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, Thai, Vietnamese and other languages.
